Rhea Leman had great success in Denmark with the production of her play ARENDT. She now wanted to see the text about the important thinker Hannah Arendt on German stages. She approached me with the request to bring the text to German stages. I was able to arrange for the play to be produced at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg, one of Germany’s most renowned theaters, and for Gustav Kiepenheuer Bühnenvertriebs GmbH to represent the rights.

The German translation was also produced by Bochert Translations. The premiere of the German-language first performance is scheduled for the beginning of October 2025.
